The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet on the William & Mary campus in Williamsburg on September 27-29. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct regular business of the Board.
Committee meetings will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday September 27, in the new Boardroom on the second floor of Blow Memorial Hall room 201, located at 262 Richmond Rd with meetings set to conclude at 5 p.m. At 5 p.m., the Board will attend a reception and dedication of the new Boardroom. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the Board will attend a dinner in the Rockefeller Building. The Rockefeller Building is located across the street from the Williamsburg Lodge, at 3010 S. England St., adjacent to the Fountain Garden.
On Thursday September 28, committee meetings will resume at 7:45 a.m. in Blow Memorial Hall with meetings expected to conclude for the day at 5:45 p.m. At approximately 6:00 p.m., the Board will meet in the Blue Room of the Sir Christopher Wren Building, located at 111 Jamestown Rd. for the recitation of the Board pledge, pinning of new members and annual member photo. At 6:45 p.m., the Board will attend a reception and dinner for retired board members in the Great Hall of the Sir Christopher Wren Building.
On Friday September 29, the full Board will meet at 7:30 a.m., in Blow Memorial Hall, and are scheduled to conclude at 9:30 a.m. The Friday morning meeting of the full Board occurs in the Board’s usual meeting location and will be live streamed on the Board of Visitors webpage at www.wm.edu/bovmeeting.
