The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet at Alan B. Miller Hall, located at 101 Ukrop Way, Williamsburg on February 8-10, 2023. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct regular business of the Board.
Committee meetings will begin at 2 p.m. on Wednesday Feb. 8 in Brinkley Commons and are scheduled to conclude at 5:45 p.m. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the Board will attend a dinner at the Williamsburg Lodge, located at 310 S England St in Williamsburg.
On Thursday February 9, committee meetings will resume at 8:15 a.m. in Alan B. Miller Hall and should conclude at 1:30 p.m. At 3 p.m., the Board will participate in a joint meeting of the W&M Foundation Board of Trustees, Alumni Association Board of Directors, and the Annual Giving Board of Directors. The joint meeting will be held in Tidewater AB at Sadler Center located at 200 Stadium Dr. and should conclude at 5:30 p.m. At approximately 5:30 p.m., participants in the joint meeing, including members of the Board, will attend a reception in Chesapeake AB.
On Friday February 10, meetings will resume in Alan B. Miller Hall with a meeting of the full Board at 9 a.m. and should conclude at 11:30 a.m. Members of the Board will then have lunch with the Cypher Society in the Executive Dining Room. The Friday morning meeting of the full Board occurs in the Board’s usual meeting location and will be live streamed on the Board of Visitors webpage at www.wm.edu/bovmeeting.
