The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet on the William & Mary campus in Williamsburg on September 21-23. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct regular business of the Board.
Committee meetings will begin at 4 p.m. on Wednesday September 21, in the Alumni House located at 500 Richmond Rd. and are scheduled to conclude at 6 p.m. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the Board will meet in the Blue Room of the Sir Christopher Wren Building, located at 111 Jamestown Rd, for the pinning of new members. Dinner with President Rowe in the Great Hall of Sir Christopher Wren Building will immediately follow.
On Thursday September 22, committee meetings will resume at 8:45 a.m. in the Alumni House and are set to conclude at 5:15 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the Board will attend a reception and dinner for retired board members in the Sir Christopher Wren Building.
On Friday September 23, committee meetings will resume at 8:00 a.m., in the Alumni House. The full Board meeting will begin at 9:15 a.m. and conclude at noon, followed by lunch. At approximately 1:30 p.m., the Board will meet at the Sadler Center, located at 200 Stadium Dr., to attend a dedication of the Sadler West Expansion with members of the Parent Family Council. The meeting of the full Board will be live streamed on the Board of Visitors webpage at www.wm.edu/bovmeeting.
