The William & Mary Board of Visitors Nominating Committee will meet virtually on Wednesday, July 22, from 5:00 p.m. to approximately 5:45 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss candidates from among the Board members to serve in the positions of Vice Rector and Secretary.
The meeting will be held mostly in closed session and can be accessed at the following link – https://www.wm.edu/sites/bov/meetings/.
The method by which the Committee chooses to meet shall not be changed unless a new meeting notice is provided in accordance with the provisions of § 2.2-3707.
All times are approximate, and the Committee reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. There will be no opportunity for public comment during the meeting.
