The executive committee of the William & Mary Board of Visitors will hold an all-virtual meeting on Friday, March 24, 2023, from 3:00 to 4:15 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to hear an update on a proposed land transaction for Richard Bland College and to conduct regular business of the committee.
The meeting will be held in open and closed sessions. In accordance with the Board’s Policy on Conducting Meetings by Electronic Communication Means, the open session will be streamed live for public viewing and can be accessed at https://www.wm.edu/bov/executive/. The method by which the executive committee chooses to meet shall not be changed unless a new meeting notice is provided in accordance with the provisions of § 2.2-3707.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. There will be no opportunity for public comment during the meeting.
