The Emergency Management Team share the following information from the Virginia State Police – Ed.
WMPD has been notified of the following:
Eastern State Hospital contacted state police to request help locating two men that escaped. Both are convicted felons with warrants on file. One has since been apprehended.
Bryant Marcus Wilkerson, 29, (photo attached) is wanted on a felony probation violation and for escaping a mental facility, according to a news release from state police.
Wilkerson is considered armed and dangerous. While he is not believed to be in the immediate vicinity of W&M at this time, we are sending this message out of an abundance of caution. Please do not approach. If you see him, call 911.
